Parley Park Elementary Tournament Chess Program-Winter 2023​

Students can expect to play in a weekly chess tournament and learn new tactical patterns that will enhance their knowledge of chess and game strategy. This program is perfect for students who have a firm understanding of the principles taught in the PowerUP program and are ready to play in weekly tournament games. NEW material taught every 6 weeks checkmating patterns, tactical problem solving, opening, middle, and endgame ideas. Repeat the course as desired to attain chess mastery. What is included with your student’s registration:

• Premium 1hr weekly chess instruction from a trained PowerChess instructor

Class Schedule: Fridays from 12:40-1:40 Starting on October 27th and running through December 8th. No Class November 24th Thanksgiving Break.
