USCF Rated and Unrated Sections – Game 25 with 5 second delay USCF Sections: Under 1200 and Over 1200 USCF sections will be dual rated. Sections may be combined to allow for maximum play. Prizes are awarded to the top player in each section. Early bird registration is discounted at $30.00 until 11:59 PM on March 9th. Thereafter the fee will increase to $40.00 up until registration closing at 8:30 AM on Saturday, March 25th. Participants may register onsite after 8:30 AM but will have a first round bye. This policy has been implemented to ensure a prompt to start this PowerChess event. Tournament Schedule: Round 1 9:00 AM Round 2 10:05 AM Round 3 11:10 AM Round 4 12:15 PM
